Don Quixote, the ingenious hidalgo
I'm excited to share our new game! Based on the famous novel from Miguel de Cervantes, Don Quixote is a quick game of wit and strategy, for 2 to 6 players and with 20min play time.
In a village in la Mancha, whose name I do not care to remember, an hidalgo lived not long ago, one of those who keeps a lance on the rack, an old leather shield, skinny nag and swift greyhound.

The game
Each round, the ingenious Don Quixote will head for a new adventure, based on an episode from the book.Players simultaneously play a character card from their hand, determining the outcome of the adventure.
Each adventure will increase one of his love, delusion, glory or obsession. The more one token advances, the more characters associated with that token are worth...
Can you outwit the other players, winning their support when needed while not giving away your focus?
Using special items at the right time can help you, like playing a timely donkey to add extra votes and swing the vote of a critical adventure, or using a poison to have other players play one round blindly.

Throughout the game, you will explore the stories told in the masterpiece that Miguel de Cervantes created.
It's a great way to learn about this beautiful work and its message, while having fun.
